He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Kaiser, Jr. and Antonia M. Kaiser; and his wife Marilyn J. Kaiser. He is survived by: his children, Robert J. Kaiser (Karen) and Jacqueline A. Clark (David); his grandchildren, Ryan Clark, Alyssa Clark and Carson Kaiser; his aunt Jeanette L. Stefonsky (late Michael); and his sister-in-law Catherine Rowe (late Edward).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (4101 Norbeck Rd, Rockville, MD 20853). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
