He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Wayne and Evelyn; and his brother Steve. He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Janae; his grandchildren, Emerson and Michael; his daughter Jennifer; his grandchildren, Lucy and River; and his brothers, Lawrence and James.
