It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy E. Earp III (Rockville, Maryland), who passed away on April 13, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Michael Earp; and his stepson David C. Howard. He is survived by: his significant other Theresa; his children, Kimberly Earp Lavelle, Roy E Earp, IIII and Joseph Earp; his stepsons, Stephen Lowery and Bryan Lowery; his sister Hilda; and his grandchildren, BJ, Tyler, Wyatt, Jake of Mikaela, DJ, Chris, Madison, Emma and Lyla. He is also survived by his great grandchildren.
