It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Diana Chang (Rockville, Maryland), who passed away on April 23, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Robert Chang; her children, Allison, Robert and Daniel Chang; her children-in-law, Holly Chang and Mariya Navazio; her grandchildren, Samuel and Ruby Chang; and her sisters, Dorothy Chin, Margie Yee and Jane Huie. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
