She was predeceased by: her husband Herman. She is survived by: her children, Karen Perkins (Richard), Douglas Beek (Melissa) and Clifford Beek (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Nicole Forster (Todd), Alex Perkins (Jenny), Jennifer Hunter (Bradley), Jonathan Beek, Mollie Beek and Remi Beek. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
