We are sad to announce that, on December 12, 2019, at the age of 96, Sylvia Foreman (Rockville, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Leonard Forman; her sons, Howard Forman (Eileen) and Steven Forman (Laurie); her grandchildren, Sima Berman (Mike), Rachel Singer (Brian), Rhia Smigocki (Chris) and Nate Forman (Kristen); and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Lainey Berman, Joshua, Leila Singer, Ryan, Tyler Smigocki, Noble and Elise Forman.
