We announce the death of Tomeko Perlmutter of Rockville, Maryland, who passed away on July 31, 2026, at the age of 97. Tomeko will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert; her sons, Lawrence and Bernard; her grandchildren, Rachel, Joslyn, Sophia and Kyra; and her daughters-in-law, Karen and Stephanie.
