William Leo Jacques Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Leo Jacques (Rockville, Maryland), born in Vandling, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 29, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rosalie Jacques (DeLong); his children, Colleen Callis (Jacques) of Damascus, MD, William DeLong Jacques of Bethesda, MD and Carla Rook (Jacques) of Poolesville, MD; his son-in-law Steven Rook; his brother Joseph Jacques of Stroudsburg, PA; his sister-in-law Sherry Migliore (DeLong) of Albuquerque, NM; his parents, Frances Jacques and William Jacques; his siblings, Bernardene, Rita and Robert; Richard.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Make a Wish Foundation (Bill's favorite charity) in Bill's name.
