He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Niner and Eleanor Niner. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, William "Pete" Niner (Candace), Matthew F. (Carolina) and Barbara N. Sollitto (Matt); his grandchildren, Will Niner, Paul Sollitto, Tommy Sollitto, Amelia Sollitto, Abigail Niner and Raymond Niner; and his sisters, Lois Starliper and Marguerite Niner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to JSSA Hospice or St. Raphael's Church.

Bill loved watching the girls play and we always had such fun on the sidelines regardless of the weather! God Bless! Bob and Gail”
