He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Warner and Matilda Warner; and his brothers, Tim, Mike, Denny and Chris.

He is survived by: his wife Pat (Pat); and his children, David (Catherine), Stephen (Cathy), Amy Wasel (John), Michael (Kim), Sally Amatucci (Eddie) and Judy Weixel (Pat). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
