Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint William leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Webber and Annette Webber of Burlington, Massachusetts.; his son Michael William Webber of Rockville, MD.; and his brother John Keith Webber (Karen). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Webber (Ball) of Rockville, MD.; his children, John Russell Webber of El Paso, TX and Michelle Lee Wallace (Todd) of Advance, MO; and his sibling's children, Chelsea and Keith.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Robert A. Pumphrey Funeral Homes, Inc. - Rockville (300 W Montgomery Ave, Rockville, MD 20850). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
