He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Webber and Annette Webber of Burlington, Massachusetts.; his son Michael William Webber of Rockville, MD.; and his brother John Keith Webber (Karen). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Webber (Ball) of Rockville, MD.; his children, John Russell Webber of El Paso, TX and Michelle Lee Wallace (Todd) of Advance, MO; his niece Chelsea; and his nephew Keith.
