He is survived by: his sons, Mark J. Lewis and Wayne L. Lewis; his grandchildren, Emma C. Lewis, Samuel Z. Lewis, Solomon Kikuchi and Hannah Kikuchi; and his daughters-in-law, Jill W. Lewis and Yoko Kikuchi.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Remembrance Memorial Park (14321 Comus Rd, Clarksburg, MD 20871).
