He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Patty (Troy) and Mike Smith; his grandchildren, Randy, Carrie, Chelsea and Alex; his great grandchildren, Desean of Casey, AJ, Luke, Asher, Bodhi and Jason; and his siblings, Karl Jr. (Carolyn), Larry (Debbie), Jerry (Vickie), Jimmy (Debbie), Randy (Karen), Jeff (Gayle) and JoAnn.
