He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Olive Walters; his children, William Walters, Cynthia Moore, Ronald Walters, Gregory Walters and Janet Andrews; his brother Donald Walters; his grandchildren, Lisa, Brian, Bradly, Jeffrey, Shelby, Jason, Nathan, Aaron, Stephanie, Benjamin, Jonathan and James; his great grandchildren, William, Jessica, Thaden and Elowyn; his great great grandchildren, William, Henry and Theodore; his stepchildren, Chris Baker, Don Baker and Renee Howard; and his stepgrandchildren, Jessica, Christopher, April, Brent, Cameron and Nicole.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Cvach/Rosedale Funeral Home (1211 Chesaco Ave, Rosedale, MD 21237). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
