He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Palmer and Jack Palmer; his brothers, Jack Palmer and Denis Palmer; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Palmer and Harry Herzog.
He is survived by: his sister Lynn Herzog; his sister-in-law Linda Palmer; his children, Emily and Patrick Palmer; his grandchildren, Morgan, Peyton, Luke and Colton Hebert; his close friend Diane Martin; Corey. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cvach/Rosedale Funeral Home (1211 Chesaco Ave, Rosedale, MD 21237). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the Faith Cemetery.
