He was predeceased by: his parents, Donna Marie (Herrmann) and Bayard Harper Worth, Sr.; and his brother Bayard "Bunky" Harper Worth, Jr. (Ed). He is survived by: his significant other Faye A. Worth (Christie); his sons, Jason Worth (Lori) of Sabillasville, MD and John "Harp" Worth (Kelli) of Sabillasville, MD; his grandchildren, Cory, Cheyenne and Garrett Worth; and his daughter-in-law Missy Worth. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
