He is survived by: his parents, Virginia A. McCready and Donas H. McCready; his brothers, Donnie McCready (Joan) of St. Leonard and Robbie McCready (JoAnn) of St. Leonard; and his nieces and nephews, Nicole Foveaux (Brian), Jessica Lewis (Tim), Willie McCready (Melissa) and Heather Brady (Phil).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Gary's memory may be made to the St. Leonard Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad or the Christ Church Comfort Givers.
