He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter C. Morgan and Edna E. Morgan; and his siblings, Stanley Morgan, Lawrence Morgan, Robin Mattingly and Francis Morgan.
He is survived by: his children, Ralph L. "Len" Morgan, Jr., Randall L. "Randy" Morgan and Tracy L. Thomas; his grandchildren, Mica Morgan, Brandon Thomas, Andrew Morgan, Erica Thomas and Kyle Morgan; his great grandchildren, Micayla Morgan, Gianna Morgan and Brianna Long; and his siblings, Nancy Jones, Jack Morgan, Phyllis Bowles, Edna Kurrle, Pauline Shakra, David Morgan and Goldie Nutwell.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Prince Frederick Volunteer Fire Department would be appreciated.
