She was predeceased by: her parents, Everard Lee Rawlings and Madolyn Veronica Rawlings (Hill); her brother Herman Bradley Rawlings; and her husband William "Bill" Miller. She is survived by: her son Dale Elliott (Sheana); her sister Vicky Rawlings; her niece Megan Cooper (Andrew); and her nephew Cody Horsmon (Paige).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that remembrances be made to SMECO's Members Helping Members charity in Terry's name.
