He was predeceased by: his friends, Robert and Gail Karge; his parents, Robert Leslie Frampton and Irma Lee Smith Frampton; his nephew Philip Sadler; and his nieces, Emma, Quinn and Blythe Lowery.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lowery; his siblings-in-law, Darrin Lowery and Colleen Sadler (Roy); and his nephews, Jack, Finch and Coby Lowery. He is also survived by husband and wife, they were best friends.
