She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband George "Russell" Combs; her son David Russell Combs; her grandchildren, Meghan Combs Tirpak (Andrew) and Aaron Combs; and her siblings, Eddie Phillips (Lisa) and Debbie Burke (Jim). She was also cherished by nieces, grandnephews, and grandniece.
