He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Plaskon of Salisbury, Dennis Twilley (Nancy) of Laurel, Bruce Twilley (Cynda) of Secretary and Dale Twilley (Linda) of Laurel, Delaware.; his granddaughters, Victoria Johnson (Joey) and Amy Welch (Chris) of Salisbury; his stepgranddaughter Melissa Pettyjohn of Milton; his great grandchildren, Kate Hill (Aaron), Laci Welch, Emma Welch, Jake, Hannah, Clay Twilley, Jace and Luke Pettyjohn; his siblings, David Twilley (Yvonne), Ronald Twilley (Teresa) and Naomi Truitt (Betty) of Salisbury; and his sister-in-law Betty Miller of Salisbury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
