She is survived by: her husband Walter Webster; her daughter Jackie Shortt (Franklin III); her grandchildren, Sean Webster (Aurora), Jessica Sims (Shawn), Franklin Shortt IV (Cassie) and Maygen Shortt; her great grandchildren, Marlee Sims, James Sims, Mason Sims, Ry'Linn Webster and Sean Webster Jr.; and her stepson Vance Webster (Donna).
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Springhill Memory Gardens (27260 Ocean Gateway, Hebron, MD 21830).
