She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lee Peed and Alice E. Collins Armwood; and her son William C. Armwood. She is survived by: her children, Victor Armwood, Charles Armwood, Valerie Armwood, Vera Lyles (William) and Alice Armwood-Matthews (Patrick). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
