She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas A. Culver and Edna B. Culver; and her grandparents, Levin Gordy, Maude Abbott Culver, Howard and Alice R. Bounds.
She is survived by: her husband William Thomas "Tommy" Lewis; her children, Thomas Alan Lewis (Claudia) of Hebron, Christine Marie Quigley (Paul) of Jefferson, MD, Beverly Renee Tull (John) of Salisbury, Pat and Chris Shaner of Salisbury; her grandchildren, Justin Tull, Jessica Wells, Natalie Tull, Kaitlyn Quigley, William "Will" Quigley, Hunter Shaner, Christa Canto, Tom Canto, Murilo Ferreira, Filipe Ferreira and Bethany Ferreira; her brothers, Howard T. Culver (Ginger) and Bruce G. Culver (Barbara "Barbie"); and her sister-in-law Pat Truitt (Jim). She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (112 High St, Salisbury, MD 21801).
