She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert G. Cartwright and Nettie Helen Jones Cartwright; and her siblings, Rosa McGee, Norma Lee Singleton, Martha Williams, Annette Williams, James, John, Leroy, Harry and Wilbert Cartwright.
She is survived by: her sisters, Ruth Jones and Mary Miles; and her children, Tyrone L. Price (Claudia), Rev. Wayne S. Price (Vera), Kenneth B. Price (Elaine) and Sharon M. Green. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and twelve great-great-grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the P. A. Funeral & Cremation Services (1213 Jersey Rd, Salisbury, MD 21801). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at the Springhill Memory Gardens (27260 Ocean Gateway, Hebron, MD 21830).
