He is survived by: his daughter Bethenia Gibbs; his daughter-in-law Phyliss Beckett; and his stepsons, Bryant Crosell and Stephen Crosell, Jr. (Laverne Crosell). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
