It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher Thornwell Conyers Jr. in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on October 28, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Betty Booth Conyers; his children, Christopher Thornwell Conyers III (Kimberly), Anna Conyers Wood (Zach) and Carter Booth Conyers (Annette); his grandchildren, Graham Anthony Wood, Christopher Thornwell Conyers IV, Tyler Wyatte Conyers, Owen Carter Wood, Abbey Jayne Conyers, Chelsea Frances Wood, Marley Anne Conyers and Carter Michael Conyers; his sister-in-law Katherine "Kay" Dorman Conyers; and his sibling's children, James "Jimmy" Reid Conyers, Jr., Walter "Wally" Dorman Conyers and Mary Doty Conyers Lyness.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Green Hill Country Club (5471 Whitehaven Rd, Quantico, MD 21856).
