She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel German Smith and Harry Barnes Smith; and her son-in-law Jesse McGinnis (John F. Hall). She is survived by: her children, Vicki McGinnis, Bobby Bell (Kim) and Jason Hall (Erica); and her siblings, Kim Smith and Robin Tingle. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
