She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland L. Wheatley and Elsie Bradley Wheatley; her son David Keith Phillips; and her siblings, Victoria Todd and Marion Wheatley.
She is survived by: her husband G. Steele Phillips; her son Jeffrey S. Phillips (Nancy); her daughter-in-law Cynthia Perks; and her granddaughters, Allison Phillips and Erin Phillips.
