It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin J. Savage of Salisbury, Maryland, born in Smithfield, Virginia, who passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Savage and Eunice Poole Savage; his wife Cheryl Savage; and his brothers, Gene Savage and Vance Albert Savage.
He is survived by: his children, Alisa Turlington and Michael Savage; his siblings, Doris Uzzle (Elton), Janice Davis (James Hill), Pheanie Chapman, Brenda Savage Lewis and Ernest Savage; and his grandchildren, Joshua Savage, Michael Savage, Jr., Aaron Savage, Brandon Savage, Derrick Turlington and LaTisha Dismuke. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
