She is survived by: her sister Mabel Matthews of Pocomoke, MD; her siblings-in-law, Mamie Gumby Pocomoke, MD, Novella Waters Dunlap of Capitol Heights, MD, Kadovia Waters of Temperanceville, VA, Robert Waters (Josephine) of Salisbury, MD, Anthony Waters of Pocomoke, MD and Ronald Waters of Glen Burnie, MD; and her sibling's children, Gloria (Lindsay, Sr.), Cynthia, Crystal, Vicky, Sandra (Thomas), Marlyn, Suzette (Harvey), Sarah, Anita, Craig, Sr., Samuel, Jr., Keith, Terry, Vaughn, Darrell, William and Alexander.
