He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Joseph Ross. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his mother Arlenna Tucholski of Ohio; his siblings, Judy, Connie, Sharon, Vicki, Patricia, Kenneth, Anthony and Joseph; his children, Betsy (Joseph "Mark"), Rebecca, Frank Jr. (Katie) and Andrea; his grandchildren, Leah (Corey), David, Cara, Cami, Cassi, Cathleen, Chrysteena and Brandy; and his great grandchildren, Melody, Colton, Mikael, Maia, Murphy, Matthew, Liam and Revan.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Eden United Methodist Church (7460 Main St, Willards, MD 21874).
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations could be made to the Eden United Methodist Building Fund, PO Box 102, Willards, MD 21874.
