He is survived by: his wife Deedra Core; his sisters, Carrie Core Brooks of Cheriton and Dr. Mary Crenshaw of Alexandria, Virginia; his children, Jennifer Cropper of Pocomoke, Nicole Core of Pocomoke, Marlo Core of Salisbury and Michael Townsend of Salisbury, Maryland; his stepdaughter Nakisa Maddrey; his grandchildren, Khamari Parker, Ni'Kiyah Palmer, Jay'Quan Ayres, Mariah Harmon and Reina Esquivel; his great grandchildren, Jayriah Harmon, Lamayah Harmon and Demayah Harmon; his close friend Cynthia Bland of Salisbury, Maryland; and his pet Toby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, cousins, extended family.
