He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lewis and Bernice Middleton Guy; his brother Gene Guy; and his siblings-in-law, Eddie Marshall, Dickie Evans, Beverly Guy and Ellouise Marshall.

He is survived by: his wife Katie Marshall Guy of Salisbury; his children, Donna Guy Murray (John) of Fenwick and Henry Guy, Jr. (Susan) of Nashville; his grandchildren, Hannah Virginia Guy of Nashville, Henry "Lee" Guy, III of Nashville, Emerson Katherine Guy of Nashville and Gunnar Edison Guy of Nashville; his stepgrandchildren, Meghan Meadowcroft (Jimmy), Morgan Murray and Michael Murray (Cassidy); and his siblings-in-law, Norris Marshall and Linda Evans. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Rockawalkin Church (6777 Rockawalkin Rd, Hebron, MD 21830). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
