He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Harte (Williams); his son James Elton Harte, Jr. (Candie); his granddaughters, Erica and Emily Harte; his great grandchildren, Aaron Abbott, Aiyden Abbott and Maddison Ennis; and his pets, Toby, Gracie and Fred.
