He was predeceased by: his father James "Whitey" Waddell. He is survived by: his mother Dotty Morelock Waddell; his wife Ann Marshall Waddell; his children, Crystal Crowl (Bob), Lauren Clemson (Dan) and Andrew Waddell (Rachel); his grandchildren, Jack, Gus, Cassidy, Emily and Lily; his stepchildren, Kristin Pearce (Jason), Andrew Rose (Christy) and Jeremy Rose (Stephanie); his stepgrandchildren, Malori, Jackson, Maci, Ava, Rylie, Lucas, Bailey and Peyton; his brothers, Jerry Waddell (Chami), Jody Waddell and Jed Waddell (Suzana); and his daughter Diana Waddell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Allen Memorial Baptist Church (1303 Snow Hill Rd, Salisbury, MD 21804). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
