She is survived by: her parents, Richard Norman Carey, III (Jennifer) and Rosemary Duwel (Michael); her husband Zane Annis, II; her son Tyler Carey; her grandfather Richard "Dick" Carey, Jr.; her siblings, Scott Carey, Hunter Bodine, Jennifer Dryden (Swapneel Kadam), Brooklyn Carey, Hailey Carey, Layton Carey, Riley Carey and Kimberly Maurya (Vishal); her father-in-law Zane Annis, Sr.; her sister-in-law Jazz Annis; her nieces and nephews, Kora McCourt, Michael Annis, Levi Foskey and Giana Maurya; her aunt Jennifer Darcy (Tim); her uncles, Harry and Barry Bodine; and her stepuncles, Robert and William Hastings.
