The passing of Joan C. (Kemner) Dixon of Salisbury, Maryland occurred on October 19, 2026. Joan, born on December 7, 1932 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is remembered by those who knew her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Burns Dixon and William J Dixon; her daughter Valerie A Kemner; and her sister Claire Dixon Rilling. She is survived by: her children, Alan Kemner (Tina) of Furlong, Jeffrey Kemner (Laura) of Richboro, Sandy Kemner Olson of Doylestown and Leslie Kemner Stapleford (David) of Salisbury, MD; and her grandchildren, Sean McColgan, Andie Olson, Jessica McColgan and Tyler Olson. She is also survived by her six great- grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Campbell and Thomas Funeral Home (905 Second Street Pike, Richboro, PA 18954). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Forest Hills Cemetery (101 Byberry Rd, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006).
