Joan Louise Taylor Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Louise Taylor of Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on May 15, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Causey and Mary Belle Causey; her husband John "Boozie" Gilbert Taylor, Sr.; her granddaughter Karin Trader; her great grandchild Layla Dale; her siblings, Allen, Sonny, Jerry, David, Linda and Diane; and her nieces, Robin Ruark and Jennifer Causey.

She is survived by: her children, Lora Wooldridge, William "Butch" Trader, John Gilbert Taylor, Jr. and Mary Lisa Taylor; her godson David Jones; and her sister Sarah Emma Strouth. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
