He is survived by: his mother Janice Marshall Elliott; his wife Nacole Russ; his children, Rachel Dean (Alex) and Cole Russ; his sister Carol Lee Russ; his mother-in-law Frances Nute; his nephew Axel Peterson; his niece Emilee Peterson; his aunt Jeannie; and his uncle Barry Groves.
