Godley; his children, Joanne Anita Godley, Dayshawna Ward, Kevin Ward and Karon Newbill; his siblings, Aquilla Lorraine Godley Cain (Ronald) and Daniel Rogers, Sr.; his aunt Marie Mayrant; his sisters-in-law, Anna Hunter, Danielle Jackson (Louis), Erica Hunter, Maia Willis and Meg Cohen; his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Parker (Cheyenne Parker), Adreanna Rogers (Terron White), Jenelle Blackmon, Daniel Riggs-Rogers, Eric Riggs-Rogers, Ronnie Cain, Vance, Malcollm, Marcus, Julian and Naquan; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dominique, CJ, Aiden, Zion and Zayvion. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Parkway Church of God (600 Edison St, Salisbury, MD 21801). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the Green Acres Memorial Park, Inc. West Road (1618 West Rd, Salisbury, MD 21801).
