We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2025, at the age of 98, Kerford Lee Payne in Salisbury, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Payne and Lydia Barnes Payne; his sister Geraldine Waddell; and his wife Iris Beach. He is survived by: his daughter Mary Lou Kousouris (Steve); his grandchildren, Bryan Kousouris, Emma Kousouris Uyeno (Sam) and Kevin Powell; his great grandchild Bruno Uyeno; and his nieces, Bee Lee Tullos and Lydia Ferguson.
