He is survived by: his pet Bella; his wife Jenny Addis; his children, Robert "Bob" Addis (Mary), William "Bill" Addis (Suzanne), Carolyn Ann Swisher (Michael) and James David Addis; his stepson Jesse Andrew Henry; his grandchildren, Samantha Elizabeth Addis, Emily Marie Addis, Robert George Addis, Jr., Payton Aubrey Addis, Logan Joseph Addis, Hailey Lynn Swisher and Declan Cairo Swisher; and his siblings, David Addis, Duane Addis, Brian Addis and Karen Griffith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
