He was predeceased by: his father James Palmer, Sr.. He is survived by: his brothers, James Palmer (Sanita) and Carlos Palmer; his stepsiblings, Tony Smith, Jonathan Russell, Marcia Palmer, Terry, Bonnie Palmer-Penn and Tinker; his aunts and uncles, Josephine Russell, Frances Russell, Willie Russell, James Russell, Maybell Russell and Thelma Russell; and his close friend Hepburn Gilmore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lewis N. Watson Funeral Home (1618 West Rd, Salisbury, MD 21801).
