He is survived by: his brothers, James Palmer (Sanita) and Carlos Palmer; his stepsiblings, Tony Smith, Jonathan Russell, Marcia Palmer, Terry, Bonnie Palmer-Penn and Tinker; his aunts and uncles, Josephine Russell, Frances Russell, Willie Russell, James Russell, Maybell Russell and Thelma Russell; and his close friend Hepburn Gilmore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
