She was predeceased by : her parents, James Williams, Sr. and Annette Cartwright; her son Eugene Roxbury; and her brother Reginald S. Williams, Sr.. She is survived by : her husband Eugene Roxbury; her siblings, Lydia Cartwright, James Williams, Jr. (Brenda) and Gregory Williams, Sr.; and her godchildren, Ralph Harmon, Tameka Cartwright, Mia Newton and Mariah Williams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and friends.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 12:30 PM at 1306 S Salisbury Blvd #178, Salisbury, MD 21801.
