He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his children, Zackery Childs, Ian Childs, Garrett Childs, Abby Driscoll and Jonathan Burns, II; his grandson Weston Childs; his father Donald Childs; his siblings, Erica Childs and Craig Tully; Teryl Madison. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
