She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmore Maddox and Mae Jenkins Peart. She is survived by: her sons, Vernon Knox and Derrick Knox (Tissie); and her sister Carolyn McKie. She is also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
