It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nadine H Phillips (Salisbury, Maryland), who passed away on February 11, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Hastings and Helen Hastings; her husband Leon Phillips; her brother Buddy Hastings; and her nephew Jay Ball.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael and Jeffrey Phillips (Stacey); her grandchildren, Morgan Wilson (Cody), Andrew Phillips, Logan Phillips (Kenzie) and Austin Phillips; her great grandchild Charlotte; her sister-in-law Peggy Hastings; her nephews, Dale Hastings (Crissy) and Barry Hastings (Kelly); her great-nephew Colton Hastings (Taylor); and her great-niece Jada Cussatt (Ethan).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bethesda United Methodist Church.
