He is survived by: his parents, William B. Talley and Tselate Betre Talley; his brothers, Mussie W. Talley and Jermaine Rosemond; his grandparents, Mussie Betre and Frehywet Betre; his aunts and uncles, Charles W. Talley II, Ezana Betre, Anteneh Belay, Mekdes Clark, Adey Betre, Seble Belay and Mahlette Betre; and his great-aunts, Menen Betre, Twotse Betre, Tigist Robele, Joyce George, Hanna Beshah, Martha Fikru and Tsedenia Fikru. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
